Emma
Owner of High Lane Hydrotherapy and proud pet parent to three wonderful dogs, I have dedicated the past 11 years to working closely with dogs and their owners, gaining extensive hands-on experience across a wide range of breeds and various aspects of pet care.
My professional background includes roles in a canine daycare facility, assisting and shadowing in dog training classes and grooming salons, providing care in kennels, and working at two hydrotherapy centres prior to opening my own.
I hold an OFQUAL Level 3 Certificate in Hydrotherapy for Small Animals and am a registered member of the National Association of Registered Canine Hydrotherapists (NARCH). To maintain my membership, I complete 25 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) annually, refresh my canine first aid certification every two years, and maintain combined public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
In addition to my hydrotherapy qualifications, I am a qualified dog groomer and have pursued further education in clinical canine massage. I have a particular passion for helping manage osteoarthritis and enjoy supporting senior dogs in regaining their vitality.
